Howard Knob Park is a 5.7-acre park located just north of downtown Boone, NC. This master plan was developed in partnership with the Watauga County Tourism Development Authority (WCTDA). This draft is made available for public comment until January 15, 2019. After this date, the WCTDA will consider all public comments and direct DbD to finalize the master plan.
